Judo, redefining business banking in Australia, is expanding and seeks a Senior Analyst for its Major Clients Group. You will deliver intelligent credit insights and risk management to support bankers in delivering an exceptional customer experience for Australian SMEs.

In this role you’ll assess risk, conduct credit analyses, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in processes and customer value. Hybrid work options available across Australia.

Qualificações

• Experience in banking, financial services or professional services in a similar role.
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen and sound financial management skills.
• High levels of digital literacy and confidence working across systems.
• Well developed investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with bankers to deliver smart credit insight and risk management for Major Clients Group.
• Support care and growth of customer portfolios with strong relationships and sound risk judgement.
• Assess customer risk by reviewing character, capacity, capital, collateral and needs.
• Conduct credit analysis: loan/credit applications, credit reports, extensions, renewals, collateral reports.
• Present clear insights to enable confident, timely decisions and fast market delivery.
• Ensure compliance, annual reviews and documentation meet regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to improving processes and customer value proposition.

We're growing the team and are excited to welcome an additional Senior Analyst to support our Major Clients Group.

In this role, you’ll deliver smart insight and effective risk management that enables bankers to deliver an exceptional Judo customer experience, contributing to outcomes that genuinely support Australian SMEs.

• Partner with bankers to deliver smart credit insight and risk management that enables exceptional customer outcomes in Judo’s Major Clients Group
• Support the ongoing care and growth of customer portfolios, balancing strong relationships with sound risk judgement
• Assess customer risk by reviewing character, capacity, capital, collateral and overall needs
• Conduct credit analysis, including reviewing loan and credit applications, running credit reports, assessing loan extensions and renewals, identifying risks, completing borrowing base analyses and preparing collateral reports
• Present clear and concise insights that enable confident, timely decisions and support Judo’s speed to market
• Take accountability for compliance, annual reviews and documentation, ensuring Judo’s regulatory obligations are met
• Actively contribute to improving how we work, sharing ideas that enhance systems, processes and the customer value proposition

Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience in banking, financial services or professional services in a similar role
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Strong financial acumen and sound financial management skills
• High levels of digital literacy and confidence working across systems
• Well developed investigative, analytical and problem‑solving skills
