Working across global functions, regions and priority countries, you will translate strategy and evidence into practical initiatives that support market growth and implementation.The Responsibilities:* Contribute to the development, refinement and implementation of the global market development strategy.* Partner with regional and country teams to understand market needs and support the effective implementation of strategies, tools and resources.* Translate clinical, scientific and health economic evidence into clear commercial narratives and market activation resources.* Support initiatives that strengthen the appreciation of the health impact from severe to profound hearing loss and encourage behaviour change among healthcare professionals.* Build effective partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Strategy, Advocacy, Communications and commercial teams, as well as selected external stakeholders.**About you**:As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
