You are an experienced business analysis leader with deep expertise in HR, payroll and workforce systems, coupled with a strong track record leading teams in complex organisational environments.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience leading business analysis across large-scale technology, transformation or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong HR and payroll process knowledge, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology and process solutions.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, workforce management and employee lifecycle systems.
• Demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of contemporary business analysis methodologies, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise, complex or public sector environments will be highly regarded.
