Job summary
MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery across gaming technology platforms for venues across South East Queensland, focusing on reliability, stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience in managed services and internal technology environments.
- Strong information technology service management practices.
- Proven ability coordinating major incidents and service outcomes.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Experience managing vendors, service levels and performance.
- Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
