Job summary

MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee gaming technology services for venues across South East Queensland. This role focuses on reliability, stability and continuous improvement to enable business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Technology - Gaming Operations, you will drive end-to-end delivery and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to achieve exceptional service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed services and internal technology environments.
• Strong capability across information technology service management practices.
• Proven ability coordinating major incidents and service outcomes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end service delivery across gaming technology platforms.
• Lead major incident coordination and service restoration activities.
• Produce operational reporting and actionable service insights.
• Partner with business, technical teams and external vendors.
• Support new venue and loyalty capability implementations.
