Job summary

Tabcorp’s MAX division in Granville is seeking a technically minded individual to service and maintain wagering and gaming equipment across venues. You will support preventative maintenance, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping to ensure high uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasises customer-facing service, collaboration with venue staff, and a willingness to obtain necessary licences. Training will be provided to build the required technical expertise while fostering growth

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in electronics and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience servicing electronic equipment preferred but training provided.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with clear communication.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required licences and certifications, and a full driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime and disruptions.
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver customer outcomes.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service delivery.
