Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Senior Manager, Professional Services to lead a diverse team of Solution Architects across ANZ. Based in Sydney, you will drive delivery excellence and customer outcomes for our EPM/Enterprise Planning SaaS platform.

You'll coach, hire, and develop talent, manage engagements end-to-end, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to expand adoption and value for enterprise customers across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing software projects and teams.
• Experience leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects.
• Proven Agile project management experience.
• Strong client management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a diverse team of Professional Services professionals.
• Drive successful delivery of Anaplan Solutions on time and budget.
• Manage relationships with Customers, Sales, Alliances and Partners.
• Forecast bookings, utilization, margin, and project health.
• Recruit and develop talent for the Professional Services team.
