Job summary

Sydney Metro is seeking a Product Manager within Information & Communications Technology to deliver customer-centred digital solutions and integrated products that create a seamless experience for Sydney Metro customers.

You will champion customer needs, lead the definition, planning and integration of digital customer solutions across projects and operations, translate insights into practical improvements, and leverage emerging technologies including AI to align customer-facing products with

Qualifications

Strong customer advocacy, digital product and stakeholder management capabilities, formed across customer experience, product management, transport, government or other large matrix organisations.
Experience in a customer experience role within a large commercial or government setting; strong knowledge of digital strategy and AI technologies; relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, project management, business management or a related discipline.
