Lanson Partners in Sydney seeks an Senior Manager, Delivery Assurance to own independent assurance of project deliverable quality from Concept through Benefits Realisation. You will decide gate-readiness and fund-readiness with visibility to Sponsors and the Board, in a Sydney-based hybrid role.

You will design and govern the Deliverables Quality Framework, review key artifacts, and coach delivery teams while partnering with Risk, Compliance and Finance to maintain portfolio health.

Formación

• 10+ years in project, program or PMO/EPMO roles.
• Experience in an APRA-regulated entity with CPS 230 exposure.
• Strong risk management grounding (ISO 31000, RCSA).
• Hands-on use of PMI, PRINCE2 or Stage-Gate methodologies.
• Sharp financial acumen to challenge budgets, forecasts and benefits.
• Ability to challenge senior leads and Sponsors under pressure.
• Clear, concise written communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own the Deliverables Quality Framework and Criteria Matrix across the full project lifecycle.
• Independently review Business Cases, Requirements, Risk Assessments, Benefits and Implementation Plans at every gate.
• Test for completeness, consistency, traceability and APRA alignment (CPS 230).
• Call out gaps between deliverables, risk registers and target state design.
• Recommend whether projects should proceed with clear rationale.
• Feed independent quality insight into portfolio health and monthly governance reporting.
• Escalate substandard deliverables with clear remediation paths.
• Coach delivery teams and partner with Risk, Compliance and Finance.

Short Summary

• Hands-on use of PMI, PRINCE2 or Stage-Gate methodologies
• Sharp financial acumen to challenge budgets, forecasts and benefits
• Confident challenging senior leads and Sponsors under pressure
• Clear, concise written communication for senior stakeholders
• Desirable: PMP or PRINCE2, P3O, ISO 31000 qualification
