Job summary

Talent International – Greater Geelong VIC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large government transformation program. You will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies to modernise core claims systems and improve outcomes for customers and staff.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance and reporting, with experience guiding cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisations.
• Strong financial governance, risk management and vendor management skills.
• Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
• PRINCE2 and/or Agile certification.
• Experience in government, health, disability or insurance sectors desirable.
