Job summary

T+O+M Executive leads a high-performing Data & Analytics function within a major financial services business, driving insights across mortgages, lending and distribution. You will own reporting, dashboards, datasets and BI capabilities, enabling self-service analytics for the business.

As a leader, you will partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, translate data into actionable recommendations, and guide analytics initiatives across critical projects and change programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across Data & Analytics, BI, MIS or commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, BI tools and data visualisation.
• Financial services or lending experience, with home loans and mortgages being very important.
• Able to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
