Accenture is seeking a senior leader for its Utilities Strategy practice to help clients reinvent customer service and drive operational excellence. You will shape roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver transformation programs that balance customer outcomes with cost-to-serve.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of Strategy or Management consulting experience in customer service, contact center, billing, or digital engagement.
• Minimum of 10 years delivering experience design, data-driven insights, and analytics into service transformation.
• Minimum of 10 years leading assessment-to-implementation engagements translating findings into recommendations.
• Minimum of 10 years deep functional expertise across customer service domains.
• Experience across customer & field service transformation, journey management, operating model redesign.
• Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and conversational design.
• Minimum of 5 years serving utilities clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 10 years).
