Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a seasoned consultant to join our Utilities practice, delivering business and technology transformations for energy, water, and infrastructure clients. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable programs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, process improvement, and the ability to navigate the energy transition, with opportunities to contribute to business development and mentor junior

• Experience supporting transformation, technology, or operational improvement projects.
• Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
• Understanding of Utilities operations and challenges, incl. energy transition impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI and its impact on large organisations.
• Experience with Business Development and account management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.

THE WORK:

Join Accenture's Utilities practice to support energy, water, and infrastructure clients through business and technology transformation initiatives. You will work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver Business and technology strategies and transformations across the Utilities industry.

• Mentor and steer junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience supporting transformation, technology, or operational improvement projects.
• Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
• Understanding of Utilities industry operations and business challenges, incl. impact of the Energy Transition.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI and how AI impacts and transforms large organisations.
• Experience with Business Development and account management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
