Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategy and management consulting leader for our Utilities practice. You will shape and deploy end-to-end customer service transformations, engaging senior client stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across strategy, operations, and technology.

You will drive data‑driven, AI‑enabled roadmaps, assess current‑state performance, map breakpoints, and translate insights into actionable programs that improve customer outcomes and reduce cost to serve.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Strategy or Management consulting focused on reimagining customer service, customer support, contact center operations, digital customer engagement.
• Experience leading assessment-to-strategy-to-implementation engagements and driving measurable customer/operational/financial impact.
• Hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and conversational design.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment–to–strategy–to–implementation engagements and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Engage client leaders, facilitate workshops, and monitor implementation across initiatives.
