CQ Health in Central Queensland is seeking a Manager Corporate Services to lead budgets, administration, contracts, facilities and fleet, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role combines people leadership with process optimization to keep community services moving forward and deliver safe, patient-centred care.

The position requires strong corporate services expertise, effective leadership and communication, and a continuous improvement mindset, with solid Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications

• Strong corporate services expertise in finance, HR or procurement.
• Effective leadership and communication to supervise staff and build relationships.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Technically capable with solid Office skills and policy understanding.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan operations to ensure smooth services.
• Oversee budgets, administration, staffing, contracts, facilities and fleet.
• Coordinate purchasing and fleet, aligning people, processes and priorities.
• Report to the General Manager on performance and improvements.
