Job summary

Australian Red Cross in Adelaide is seeking a Manager - Community Mobilisation to lead the national approach to engaging volunteers, members and staff. You will drive the implementation of the Three-Year Plan and shape participation strategies aligned with our humanitarian priorities.

Working across divisions and states, you will lead strategic programs, champion collaboration and change, and foster inclusive, community-centred mobilisation.

Qualifications

• Translate strategic priorities into practical plans and initiatives for mobilisation, volunteering, membership.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Build productive relationships across diverse stakeholders and environments.
• Knowledge of contemporary volunteering and community engagement practices.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Apply collaborative and co‑design approaches to engagement and change.
• Leadership within volunteering, community engagement or related sectors.
