Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or significant experience in civil infrastructure maintenance, delivery and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery and quality of civil infrastructure maintenance programs across roads, stormwater and related assets.
• Provide strategic leadership across service delivery, maintenance planning, programs, resources and operational performance.
• Oversee budgets, procurement activities, contractor performance and customer service outcomes to deliver value for money and quality community outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive a safe work culture with strong WHS compliance and proactive risk management.
