Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with civil construction experience.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of maintenance employees in civil works.
• Respond to customer requests and help deliver excellent community outcomes.
• Support emergency response activities during severe weather events.
• Monitor team performance and contribute to service delivery targets.
• Ensure plant, equipment and resources are used effectively and maintained.
