Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Lending to shape the credit experience and portfolio outcomes. You will leverage your credit, customer and portfolio expertise to design initiatives that improve lending experiences and sustainable growth across the portfolio.

You will work with aligned teams to resolve pain points, strengthen portfolio management capability and use data-driven insights to guide decisions for better customer outcomes, flexibility, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of credit portfolio management and decisioning.
• Experience across Commercial and SME lending is required.
• Ability to use data and insights to guide portfolio growth.
