BDO is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Development to shape and support growth of the Sydney-based Business Services practice. You’ll work with Partners and Directors to advance market-facing initiatives, build referral networks and take opportunities to market and win work.

You’ll lead initiatives locally and scale priority service specialisations nationally, developing targeted relationships and driving revenue growth across the firm.

• Significant business development experience in professional services, consulting or accounting with a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience developing and executing business development plans to take service propositions to market and convert opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategic referral networks, alliances or partnership ecosystems.
