Job summary

SITA is seeking a Senior Manager Customer Operation in the APAC region to own the farming role, driving customer revenue and order book growth, retention and customer success for the Qantas account with Managed Network and related services.

You will report to the APAC Director, Customer Success Operations, and partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to maximize customer value and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in Customer Success, Sales or Presales
• Proven track record in upsell, cross-sell and revenue growth
• Experience with CRM and service management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• 7+ years leadership managing teams and portfolios
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and order-book growth by upsell and cross-sell
• Build a qualified sales funnel through customer insights
• Lead POCs and customer innovation initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Position products to stakeholders to increase adoption
• Develop account plans and executive relationships
• Oversee service delivery and performance with teams
• Prepare customer metrics reports and drive continuous improvement
