Job summary

Intereach is a not-for-profit community organisation delivering aged care services across regional Victoria and NSW. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Aged Care Services to lead our growing portfolio, ensure compliance and quality, and position Intereach for sustainable growth during sector reform.

The role reports to the General Manager and leads Regional and Operational Managers, overseeing performance, quality and financial sustainability while aligning with our Strategic Plan.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in aged care or highly regulated sectors.
• Experience managing large teams and portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and governance.
• Experience with reform and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large and diverse aged care portfolio across regional and rural communities.
• Guide service delivery through ongoing aged care reforms and industry change.
• Drive operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen partnerships with consumers, stakeholders, government and community organisations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services while maintaining high standards of care.
