Job summary

Intereach seeks a Senior Manager Aged Care Services to lead a growing portfolio across regional communities. You will guide service delivery through reforms, drive performance and ensure high standards of care.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Regional and Operational Managers and Clinical Leads, shaping strategic development and ensuring sustainability of the Aged Care Services portfolio within Intereach's footprint.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within aged care, health or community services.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex portfolios.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large and diverse aged care portfolio across regional and rural communities.
• Guide service delivery through reforms and industry change.
• Drive operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen partnerships with consumers, stakeholders, government and community organisations.
