Job summary

Intereach Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Aged Care Services to lead a growing portfolio across regional communities. You will ensure services remain compliant, people-centered and sustainable while positioning Intereach for future growth amid sector reforms.

The role reports to the General Manager, overseeing Regional and Operational Managers and Clinical Leads, with emphasis on performance, quality and strategic development of the Aged Care Services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within aged care, health, community services or another highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and complex service portfolios.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget management and performance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large and diverse aged care portfolio across regional and rural communities.
• Guide service delivery through ongoing aged care reforms and industry change.
• Drive operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen partnerships with consumers, stakeholders, government and community organisations.
