Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our ANZ team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and develop driver-based models that map revenue, expenses and headcount.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Experience driving process improvement, automation and reporting efficiencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
• Experience working in a complex or matrixed organisation.
• Insurance industry experience is not essential.

What you’ll be doing:
