Job summary

Rolleston Open Cut in Central Queensland is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, drive safety, and ensure reliable plant performance across the site. You will report to the Maintenance Superintendent, mentor HME Supervisors, coordinate priorities with Planning and Reliability, manage contractors, and maintain accurate SAP records.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably open‑cut coal.
• Strong technical maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent safety mindset and the ability to influence culture.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HME Maintenance Supervisors, ensuring consistency across crews.
• Drive safety, quality, performance, and plan adherence on site.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Planning and Reliability.
• Maintain SAP records, times, defects and reporting.
• Manage contractors and vendors to meet safety and quality requirements.
