Job summary

Glencore’s Rolleston Open Cut seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor the HME maintenance team across daily tasks, safety, and performance. The role focuses on safe delivery of planned work, reliability improvements and strong contractor management on a large open-cut coal operation in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably on an open-cut coal mine.
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices.
• Excellent safety mindset with the ability to positively influence Rolleston’s culture.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor HME Maintenance Supervisors with daily direction and consistency.
• Drive safety, quality, performance, area standards, work delivery and procedures compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Planning, Reliability and the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Manage SAP work orders, time confirmations and reporting.
• Oversee contractors to meet safety, quality, scope and performance requirements.
