Job summary

Rolleston Open Cut, a Glencore Australia operation, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator (HME) to lead the maintenance team and uphold safety, reliability and performance across the site.

Reporting to the Crew Supervisor, you will maintain maintenance systems, ensure data integrity and drive continuous improvements while complying with statutory requirements in the Rolleston mining environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification as electrician, fitter or boilermaker is essential.
• Previous experience as a leader, with background leading a field, workshop, or fixed-plant maintenance team (desirable).
• Familiarisation with relevant legislation and experience in open cut mining and coal industry.
• Proven problem-solving skills with continuous improvement of plant performance.
• Excellent safety mindset with the ability to positively influence Rolleston culture.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
