Hey Amara is seeking an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to lead a busy maintenance team in Western Australia. The role oversees day-to-day operations, workflow, scheduling and customer relationships to deliver high-quality service.

You will manage a team of 5+ plumbers, ensure safety and compliance, and work with senior management to drive growth of the maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Plumbing.
• Proven management or operations experience.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ plumbers.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team of experienced plumbers.
• Manage day-to-day operations and workflow.
• Coordinate jobs, resources and scheduling.
• Support technicians and ensure efficient job completion.
• Manage team performance and productivity.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure high standards of safety and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to grow the maintenance division.
