Hey Amara is seeking an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to lead a busy maintenance team in Western Australia. The role oversees day-to-day operations, workflow, scheduling and customer relationships to deliver high-quality service.

You will manage a team of 5+ plumbers, ensure safety and compliance, and work with senior management to drive growth of the maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Plumbing.
• Proven management or operations experience.

Maintenance Plumber - Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Operations Manager to take the lead across a busy and established maintenance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, people and performance of a maintenance division.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the business continues to deliver a high level of service to its customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting a team of experienced maintenance plumbers
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and workflow
• Coordinating jobs, resources and scheduling
• Supporting technicians and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently
• Managing team performance and productivity
• Maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and profitability
• Working closely with senior management to drive the continued growth of the maintenance division

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front and understands the plumbing industry from the ground up.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven management or operations experience
• Certificate III in Plumbing
• Strong experience within plumbing maintenance
• Experience managing and leading a team of 5+
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
• A current Australian Driver's Licence
