Job summary

WCCG is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our Plumbing Division across Western Australia. You will mentor staff, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with in-house teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

Key duties include shaping schedules, quoting works of all sizes, and tracking progress with SimPro. A hands-on leader with superb communication and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified plumbing supervisor/manager.
• Experience in quoting and tendering, including government submissions favourable.
• Hands-on leadership with strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Plumbing Division from scheduling to delivery.
• Quote works of all sizes including tenders and reactive callouts.
• Track progress, costs and compliance using our SimPro system.
• Ensure safety and quality standards with the HSEQR Administrator.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and mentor the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the Plumbing Division: from day-to-day scheduling to managing plumbing projects from concept to delivery, including coordination with in-house trades

Quote works of all sizes - from minor maintenance and reactive callouts and large-scale tendered projects

Track project progress, costs and compliance using our internal database system, SimPro

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in conjunction with our HSEQR Administrator

Develop and maintain client relationships

Lead, mentor, and grow your team

Drive process improvement and division performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be Australian Citizen to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)
• A current Plumbing Contractor License Holder is desirable but not required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified plumbing supervisor/manager
• Experience in quoting and tendering, including government submissions favourable
• Strong understanding of maintenance and construction project delivery
• Hands-on leadership approach with excellent communication skills
• Experience managing apprentices
• Proficiency with SimPro a bonus but not essential, safety management systems, and digital workflows
• Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
