Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Lead Planner or similar in a service related industry.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.
• Accurate, analytical with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly maintenance routes to optimise task completion.
• Review routes and planning monthly to reduce travel time and costs.
• Lead, coach and support Service Schedulers through performance reviews.
• Ensure schedulers have allocated personnel and contractors for activities.
• Collaborate with departments to align plans with business objectives.
• Manage reporting, KPIs and dashboards for schedule compliance.
• Identify gaps or non-compliance and escalate to stakeholders.
• Provide senior management with insights to support strategic planning.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
