Sanitarium Health & Wellbeing is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner to keep our Berkeley Vale manufacturing site operating safely, reliably and efficiently. You will coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance planning, shutdowns, CMMS administration, and stores oversight, while collaborating across Maintenance, Production, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance.

You will bring a trade or engineering qualification and at least five years in maintenance planning, with strong

Qualifications

Five years' experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination.
Demonstrated CMMS experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
Able to manage competing priorities with stakeholders across teams.

Responsabilités

Develop detailed work plans covering labour, materials, tools and contractor requirements.
Coordinate scheduling and ensure site requirements are met for contractors.
Act as key CMMS administrator supporting asset records and work orders.
Lead and support stores team, coordinate purchasing and maintain spare parts availability.
Use data to identify recurring issues and strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Collaborate with production and maintenance to monitor progress and report maintenance performance.
Integrate site safety, food safety and compliance into maintenance planning.
