Job summary

CSR's Bringelly site seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner to support operations across its manufacturing site. You will develop and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown plans, working with maintenance, production, engineering, contractors, and suppliers to maximise reliability and minimise downtime.

Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will manage SAP maintenance systems, monitor performance, analyse metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Planner in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Advanced SAP maintenance planning experience.
• Experience managing preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance performance metrics and equipment reliability principles.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise maintenance plans to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance work by planning labour, contractors, materials, tooling, permits, and critical spare parts.
• Lead the planning and coordination of major plant shutdowns, capital works, commissioning activities, and asset onboarding projects while maintaining operational continuity.
• Manage SAP maintenance systems, including asset registers, equipment hierarchies, work orders, and maintenance strategies.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyse maintenance metrics and failure trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
