Job summary

The OE Agency is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support a major asphalt and construction materials operation across Perth Metro and regional Western Australia. You will oversee maintenance activities, coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance, and lead a team of maintenance personnel to minimise downtime and uphold safety standards.

This role requires strong fault-finding skills, plant reliability focus, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have supervision experience in asphalt, heavy industry or fixed-plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability.
• Understanding of plant reliability and breakdown management.
• Experience with maintenance planning or CMMS/work-order systems.
• Strong safety awareness and understanding of Australian WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across asphalt production and associated plant.
• Coordinate planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Lead maintenance personnel, contractors and specialist service providers.
• Monitor plant reliability and identify recurring equipment issues.
• Prioritise maintenance work according to operational and production requirements.
• Coordinate shutdowns, repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records and follow-up actions.
• Support fault diagnosis and root-cause investigation.
• Ensure spare parts, tools and resources are available for planned work.
