Qualifications

• Trade qualifications and Australian licences.
• Experience in industrial maintenance in FMCG/logistics.
• Leadership experience supervising multi-trade teams.
• Mentoring technicians.
• Automation or material handling experience.
• Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record tasks.
• Experience in contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Maintenance Technicians
• Deliver and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs and contractor management.
• Promote safety across the site.
• Manage maintenance purchase orders and inventory.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot MHE systems and related equipment.
• Engage with site leadership and steering committees.
