Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence across Australia. You will be the technical escalation point, delivering a first-class modern workplace experience and guiding customers toward adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.

This role focuses on enablement and productivity, covering workloads from data and files to security and identity management.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizenship is required.
• Extensive hands‑on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer in an ICT Professional Services setting.
• Demonstrated ability to guide customers toward adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first‑class experience for users of Modern Workplace services.
• Act as the technical escalation point within the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.
• Enable and drive productivity outcomes across data, files, communications and collaboration, security and identity management.
