Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist - M365 to join our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team. You will consult with customers, design, build and support end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions that strengthen collaboration, information management and productivity.

You will lead delivery using modern methodologies, guide decisions with best practices, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven consultant experience in ICT professional services.
• Extensive knowledge designing, building and deploying M365 Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 from legacy platforms.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to lead customer workshops.
• Translate complex business problems into M365-based solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise information architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience using Microsoft Purview for information management.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts to support automation.
• Knowledge of information management principles.

Responsibilities

• Consult and co-design solutions with customers to solve problems and enable outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Gather, translate, and analyze business requirements into solution designs and reports.
• Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments and Power Platform.
• Build and deploy solutions within SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Lead migration projects to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Advise on document control and records management for compliance.
• Coach customers and develop training materials.
• Provide effort estimates for proposals and support presales.
• Follow ITIL-based change and release processes.
• Provide governance and support for Microsoft 365 solutions.
