Job summary

Datacom in Australia is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence for a 4‑month contract. You will lead delivery of modern workplace services, guide customers toward adoption, and provide a high‑quality technical escalation experience for our clients.

You’ll work across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and AzureAD, applying your identity and security expertise to improve collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience delivering Modern Workplace solutions and customer adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 enablement and productivity outcomes across data, files, communications and collaboration.
• Act as technical escalation point for Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence.
• Guide customers toward adoption and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 stack.
