Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior Client Advisor at the Sydney Airport store. You will deliver the Tiffany Experience, using strategic selling and product expertise to meet and exceed personal sales plans.

You will coach teammates, manage client relationships, and support store operations while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. The role requires strong communication, two years in luxury retail, and a gemology qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry luxury
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Excellent communications skills—verbal and written
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM)
• Flexible availability evenings, weekends, public holidays
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Gemology certificate/diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tiffany-level customer service and drive sales through strategic selling
• Mentor and coach junior Client Advisors to achieve team targets
• Support store opening/closing duties and ensure smooth floor operations
• Cultivate relationships with clients and drive clienteling initiatives
• Handle customer issues and maintain high service standards
• Contribute to action plans to exceed annual net sales targets
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of team and customers
