Job summary

Tiffany & Co in Sydney Westfield seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver the highest standards of Tiffany’s customer service, using strategic selling and product expertise to elevate each client experience. You will drive sales, mentor peers and support management with store operations, aiming to exceed targets and nurture long-term client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in luxury retail, expert selling skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Previous expert selling experience and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and CRM.
• Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute on predetermined Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and high client repeat rate.
• Serve as an active store team member supporting initiatives and store management.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare at work and assist with coaching of peers.
