Sedgwick Australia is seeking a Senior Loss Adjuster to assess commercial property insurance claims. You’ll work on-site with clients and manage claims from initial advice through settlement, applying Sedgwick’s processes and industry-leading tools.

In this hybrid role, you’ll conduct on-site visits, determine policy coverage, estimate losses, and communicate findings to clients while maintaining a high standard of service.

Competenze

• Previous adjusting or commercial claims management experience.
• Current driver’s licence, as fieldwork is required.
• Passion for delivering high quality service and consistent communication to customers and clients

Senior Loss Adjuster

As a Commercial Loss Adjuster, you will be an impartial and independent specialist in the assessment of commercial property insurance claims. Using your expertise, you’ll assess and resolve insurance claims by determining the cause, liability, and quantum of reported losses.

What are my accountabilities?

• Assess claims through on-site visits using our commercial process, systems and technologies
