Our client, a long-standing logistics and freight business with Australasia-wide operations, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics at the bonded depot in Kewdale. You will drive efficiency, manage inventory and distribution, and develop strategies to meet company objectives.

The role requires hands-on leadership in import-export, strong knowledge of bonded warehouses, safety compliance, and the ability to lead and train the logistics team to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience in import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, especially bonded warehouses or depots.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in logistics.
