Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to drive design, automation, and seamless onboarding of warehouse projects in Australia. You will lead operations and automation engineering across ANZ, collaborating with vendor teams to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions.

You will analyze current processes, manage projects end-to-end, and support ROI/ROIC calculations while ensuring safety and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL, international exp preferred.
• Experience designing end-to-end automation and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and commercial understanding of contract logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing project design, planning, risk assessment, and material flow optimization.
• Develop end-to-end solutions, analyze automation options, and manage vendors.
• Assess current operations via time studies and workflow analyses to justify layouts and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with AE teams to ensure system setups meet operational requirements and support ROI calculations.
