Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer – Process Engineer (Transformation) to drive warehouse automation and transformation projects from concept to live execution in Sydney. You will lead design, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring seamless onboarding of new business and optimized operations.

Reporting to the Lead Process Engineer, you will collaborate with AE teams, manage vendors, and shape business cases with strong financial awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Automation & Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8+ years in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL, with 5+ years in solution design, automation or process engineering.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel with VBA and PowerQuery, plus PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead design processes for warehousing projects across ANZ, including planning, risk assessment and concept optimization.
• Develop end-to-end solutions, perform automation analysis, manage vendors, and build ROI/business cases.
