Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Senior Manager, Lending Management Operations in Sydney. Based in a hybrid role, you will lead a high-performing team handling corporate lending transactions from origination to settlement and portfolio servicing, ensuring risk and client outcomes are prioritised.

You will collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, Finance, Treasury, FX and Lending Services, building deep expertise, driving process improvements and leading change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within corporate lending, institutional banking or financial markets operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending products, including bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Ability to manage complex operational processes with a strong risk and control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of lending specialists from origination through settlement and portfolio servicing.
• Oversee end-to-end operational delivery of corporate lending transactions and ensure risk controls.
• Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, Finance, Treasury, FX, and Lending Services teams to drive operational excellence.
