RSL LifeCare Limited is hiring a Recreation & Engagement Assistant in Tura Beach. The role supports residents through personalised leisure programs, including one-to-one and group activities, aiming to enhance social, emotional and physical wellbeing.

You will work with the Recreation and Engagement Coordinator to plan, implement and evaluate programs, while maintaining documentation and ensuring a person-centred approach.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Australian work rights; Police Check/NDIS screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, deliver and evaluate personalised leisure programs for residents.
• Facilitate individual and group activities promoting wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and participation records.
• Apply person-centred care and promote inclusive engagement.
• Collaborate with the Recreation and Engagement Coordinator and care team.
