Responsibilities

• Onboard and empower new customers through a smooth onboarding process and training on Flicket features.
• Provide ongoing account management as a proactive partner for event organisers with regular check-ins.
• Drive customer success and retention by acting as a trusted advisor focused on client outcomes.
• Ensure seamless event execution from planning through showtime using Flicket tools and know-how.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new Flicket features or services to expand client usage and value.
