Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years PAE.
• Building and construction disputes experience highly regarded.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from commencement through to resolution.
• Run commercial, equity, construction and general litigation files.
• Appear in court, mediations and negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, affidavits and provide legal advice.
• Mentor junior lawyers as the team grows.
