Lawyers Weekly on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer with 4+ years post-admission experience to join our boutique team. This role offers hybrid working, with a mix of home and office-based work, providing a flexible environment and opportunities for growth.

You will handle contract and property disputes, construction matters, insolvency issues, and ACL/consumer law disputes while contributing to a supportive culture and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities
